Pilates

Offering 12-week sessions, personal training, and drop-in classes for both teen and adult.

Pilates for Flexibility:  In addition to strengthening your abdominals and back muscles, we will focus on flexibility of the spine and joints to ensure a healthy body through all planes of movement.

Accelerated Pilates:  For the intermediate student, the routine is performed with fluidity to further increase the cardio component of the practice.

Pilates for Golf:  In addition to the fundamental exercises, special attention is given to core strength, spinal mobility, and differentiation of the upper and lower body, improving your swing and lowering your score!

Pilates for Dancers:  Attention is focused on balancing the body, i.e. left and right sides, external and internal hip rotation, flexion and extension. A healthy joing has strength and length in all planes of movement.

Beginner Pilates:  Learn the fundamentals of Pilates to gain body awareness and the mind or body connection of the pelvic floor, abdominals, and back, otherwise known as your "powerhouse" or "core."

One-on-One Personal Training:  A personal approach to an individual Pilates plan focusing on your goals and abilities. Space is limited and a consultation is needed before registering for this class.
